The DEI Immersive Experience, slated for Monday, February 12, 2024, in the picturesque setting of West Palm Beach, Florida, is a transformative five-hour event designed exclusively for human resources professionals and business executives passionate about fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within their organizations.

  • 30-minute, targeted presentations focused on thought leadership and best practices moderated by Brandon Hall Group COO Rachel Cooke.
  • Small-group discussions between attendees, speakers, and thought leaders focused on strategies to continue to foster progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion in business organizations.
     
  • Scenario-based learning in which groups of attendees are given specific DEI challenges based on real-life scenarios and work together to forge strategic solutions. The groups present their strategies to a panel of thought leaders and strategists and receive feedback.
